1. The program will only close when there has been a State declared snow emergency and weather conditions are hazardous to the health and safety of the children.

2. If a snow emergency occurs on the weekend that creates a hazardous condition and the program is not able to open, all families are notified by telephone no later than 6:00 a.m. on Monday, and every day thereafter or until the weather permits the Child Care Program to re-open.
